What I do

Build a new store: Shopify or WooCommerce set up from scratch — theme, product pages, payments and shipping.
Rebuild an existing one: Redesign a store that does not reflect the brand, or move it off a stack that costs more than it returns.
Fix what leaks: Find where browsing turns into abandonment: product page, cart, checkout, speed.
Measure after launch: GA4, Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, so decisions come from numbers rather than guesses.
